MHK expresses 'disgust' over proposed closure of Southern Swimming Pool

An MHK has expressed his 'total disgust' at the proposed closure of the Southern Swimming Pool.

Member for Arbory, Castletown and Malew Tim Glover says this current administration seems to have an 'anti-south agenda.'

He adds that The Island Plan is a 'worthless document gathering dust on a shelf' if this goes forward, and will disappoint 'so many people on our Island.'

Mr Glover feels it's a pipe dream to expect to attract new residents when we can't look after what we already have. 

He's beginning to believe in the gathering sense that this administration has run its course.
