Middle MHK Bill Shimmins is calling for more rule changes over work permits.
In Tynwald next week he's due to ask the Economic Development Minister what plans he has to relax the regime further.
In recent months Laurence Skelly has announced changes for work permits in the construction and hospitality sectors.
