That's the question on the mind of Arbory, Castletown and Malew MHK Jason Moorhouse, who'll quiz Infrastructure Minister Tim Crookall.
He's submitted a question for written reply about cones, fencing and temporary traffic lights the department currently has compared to 2019.
And he also wants to know how much the DOI spends hiring equipment.
