Castletown MHK Richard Ronan will be asking the Chief Minister about supporting the Island as an "Enterprise Zone" in tomorrow’s Tynwald sitting.
Mr Ronan will be drawing on comments made by Allan Bell when he first took on the role of Chief Minister.
He argues that whereas businesses in Douglas continue to thrive, other areas are being left behind.
