Forecasters are warning of harbour flooding and coastal overtopping in some Island regions today.
Ronaldsway Met Office has issued a yellow weather warning which will be in force from 10.30am today until 3am on Thursday.
According to officials, strong winds and spring tides could cause water and debris to wash onto exposed areas with promenades in Douglas, Laxey, Ramsey and Castletown as well as Shore Road in Rushen the most likely to be affected.
Meanwhile, they also advise the tide heights could cause some flooding in harbour areas such as the Tongue in Douglas along with Merezon Corner and West Quay in Ramsey.
