Government is pressing ahead with plans to relocate a series of mental health services to a facility on the Noble's Hospital site.
Expressions of interest are being invited from contractors to refurbish Grianagh Court for the Department of Health and Social Care.
Officials say this is so the Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) and the Older People Mental Health Service (OPMHS) can eventually be relocated to the complex.
Any parties looking to carry out the project are asked to submit expressions to the government procurement portal before the deadline at Noon next Friday (May 28).
