The aim is to bring together a range of providers to showcase the opportunities on the Island for people to 'take control of their mental health and wellbeing.'
The health organisation says by coming together and supporting each other, we can reduce stigma, increase opportunity and share knowledge.
Tania Linden, Manager of Adult Mental Health Services for Manx Care says it's key that we work together to support individuals, families, and each other, to recover and feel valued.
