A meeting next month will discuss winding up a company which ran what it claimed was the Island's biggest glamping site in Port Erin.
The creditors meeting will appoint a liquidator and wind up Reayrt Vradda Glamping Ltd, which ran the site on Ballafesson road next to the golf course.
It'll take place on Thursday, June 5 from 10.30am in Victoria House in Douglas.
On its Facebook page, the site says it has 22 luxury glamping pods, as well as chalets, campervan bays and a 200-seat cafe.
