Manx Care says the phone line for Manx Emergency Doctors Service will be temporarily out of service tomorrow.
It explains essential works need to be carried out by Manx Telecom.
The line will be unavailable on Thursday, October 30 from 6pm to 7pm.
Patients will be able to call MEDS after 7pm once normal service has resumed.
