Hospital and Ambulance teams will be carrying out a simulation today to test their responses to Coronavirus.
IOM Ambulance Service says its so staff can put into practice procedures and processes should the need for them arise.
Officials are reassuring residents the Island is ready to respond to any suspected cases - there are currently no confirmed cases on the Isle of Man.
