MEA give projections for when power will be restored

The MEA have continued their work to restore power to hundreds of properties on the Island today with the backlog slowly but surely being cleared.

75 customers have had power restored today, a further 175 remain without.

Giving projections they estimate those in the Barregarrow, Littlelondon, Glen Mooar and Fleshwich areas will have power restored in the next five hours.

Ballacallin Hotel to Lhag, areas of Abbeyland's and remaining parts of Cronk-y-voddy will be back back to normal between 12 and 24 hours.

And it could still be 2 days before powers restored to Ballacain and Ballacrye aswell as remaining areas of the Curraghs.
