A last-minute appeal is being made for volunteer marshals to oversee the World Downhill Skateboarding Championships this weekend.
A round of the international contest will be held at Tholt-Y-Will Glen from Friday, July 4 to Sunday, July 6.
It will involve champion skateboarders from around the globe blasting down the island's roads at speeds of over 60mph.
Ean Radcliffe is asking anyone interested in marshalling to get in touch with him via Facebook.
