Rates in Marown will remain the same for the 2021/22 financial year.
During the board meeting of parish commissioners in the local authority on Wednesday evening, members voted in favour of keeping rates at £1.64 in the pound.
Chairman of Marown Parish Commissioners, Alison Lynch, says despite ever increasing costs they've been able to achieve a balanced budget thanks to careful spending over the last twelve months.
She adds they're proud the parish maintains one of the lowest rates of any authority on Manx shores.
