Marks and Spencer has applied to vary its alcohol licence as its Douglas store undergoes a major revamp.
The company's applied to the licensing bench to adjust the area where it's allowed to sell alcohol, and will appear before the licensing court on Thursday, August 14.
The supermarket on Drumgold Street is undergoing a refurbishment project which saw its café close last month.
Its food hall will temporarily move into the clothes area while work's carried out.
