Mark Cavendish Misses Out On Sports Personality Award

Manxman Mark Cavendish missed out on the British Sports Personality of the year award last night with the top honour going to Jockey, AP McCoy.

Mark was in attendance at the event and despite his strong season he failed to make the podium.

A pre-prepared video highlights reel showcased Cav’s season focusing on his multiple Tour De France wins and the fact he took the points Jersey in the Tour of Spain.

It’s the second year he’s been up for the top honour, last year finishing fourth.
