Manx.net customers have been promised a better service - now their e-mail system has been upgraded.
Manx Telecom has apologised to those who've experienced problems as their mailboxes were migrated earlier this week.
Technicians have admitted they did have "unforeseen difficulties" despite planning and testing the system for over six months.
Chief technology officer Kevin Paige says now the problems have been resolved people should have a better user experience:
