The Steam Packet's new vessel will first enter service with daytime-only sailings.
That's according to an update from the company following Manxman's arrival to the Island earlier this month.
It will initially only operate the 8:45am sailing to Heysham and return at 2:15pm, with the Ben-my-Chree continuing the 7:45pm and 2:15am journeys for the first four weeks.
A date for the Manxman's first service sailing is yet to be confirmed.
