A local charity is appealing for the public's help.
Manx Wild Bird Aid says it desperately needs more bird feed.
It's after an influx of young pigeons and doves have been blown out of their nests in windy weather, and picked up by cats and dogs.
It's urging people to consider buying bird seed from its amazon wishlist - or buy some locally and bring it to 11 Victoria Street in Castletown.
In a post on social media, donations towards the cost of medication for injured birds would also be appreciated.
