Manx Utilities is asking customers to attend focus groups to assist with pricing changes.
Around 1,000 customers will be contacted directly by consultants David and McKerr to gather feedback at the events.
Topics to be covered include understanding customer energy usage patterns, preferences of tariff structures, perceptions of value for money and service quality, and the potential impact of evolving energy markets and new technology integration.
A five-year pricing strategy is scheduled to be placed before Tynwald for consideration and approval next month.
