Onchan Primary School said it will still open at 08:40 on Monday but "no one will be marked absent until after 10.30".
The football-friendly primary school said it comes after "lots of tired heads (not teachers and parents) on Thursday morning after the match between England and Denmark on Wednesday evening.
The school has told parents on social media that they can now watch final on Sunday night as a family, "without the worry of grumpy children first thing".
Several schools in England are doing the same - with one calling the match a "learning opportunity".
A UK petition for an official bank holiday, if England win against Italy, has also reached more than three hundred and thirty signatures.
