The Isle of Man Constabulary says it's heading to the UK as part of their recruitment drive.
Two training officers will be heading to Liverpool, Birmingham and London to chat with UK officers who are interested in moving to the Island.
It says they would like to hear from experienced police officers, specialists, sergeants, and inspectors.
