Manx National Heritage Launch Generous Scheme for 2010
The Manx National Heritage launched a new initiative on January 1st geared toward reinvigorating local young people’s interest in local history.
From now on School Children and teenagers are able to visit museums and heritage sites for free.
The ACE scheme as it’s known is being run with Conister Bank who are deciding to endorse it to herald their 75th anniversary.
It’s hoped ACE which stands for Arts, Culture and Education will spark renewed interest in local history and Manx traditions.
