The Manx Missile Mark Cavendish has made it to the top 10.
It’s the second year in a row that the 25 year old has been shortlisted.
Last year he came fourth behind Manchester United footballer Ryan Giggs, last year's Formula One world champion Jenson Button and world heptathlon champion Jessica Ennis.
He’s had another great year taking 5 stage wins in the Tour De France, proving himself again to be the fastest man on two wheels.
The prestigious awards show will take place on December 19th.
