For the first time in its 91-year history the Manx Grand Prix will have a title sponsor.
From this year it will be known as the IMGold Manx Grand Prix after the local gold bullion depository signed a multi-year deal.
Manx Motorcycle Club chairman Harvey Garton has described it as a 'mega day' saying the news is beyond the MMC's dreams.
IMGold will receive a package of sponsorship benefits including high profile startline, trackside, podium and winners enclosure branding and advertising on the MGP programme and website.
