Island GPs earn a much higher minimum wage than their counterparts in England - but have a slightly lower maximum.
Rushen MHK Juan Watterson asked for comparative figures from Health Minister Alf Cannan in a question for written reply.
Mr Cannan said UK GPs earn a minimum of £73,114 - on the Island that figure is 22 per cent higher at £91,914.
However they earn a maximum of £107,200 here, which is more than £3,000 less than in England.
