The Island's Treasury Minister says Manx Gas is to review its charges.
Alf Cannan MHK met senior executives at Manx Gas this week to discuss standing charges and gas prices.
The company will respond to the minister with proposals by the end of this week.
Mr Cannan says he is reflecting the concerns of the public and the company welcomes customer feedback.
