Manx Gas need proper OFT scrutiny says MHK

Manx Gas accounts will be "scrutinised" following its decision to ramp up the standing charge for gas customers.

That's according to the chairman of the Office of Fair Trading who confirmed any costs which are "unusual" from previous accounts will be flagged.

Douglas West MHK Chris Thomas is concerned about additional costs being incurred and wants the OFT to take responsibility:
