A Swiss councillor has deleted a social media post accusing the Manx flag of being a symbol of the far right.
As England knocked Switzerland out of the competition on Saturday, Matthias Meier-Moreno posted on Twitter demanding EUFA officials removed a Manx flag on display.
The flag could be clearly seen on TV coverage and caused some comment on social media from Manx football fans.
However, Mr Moreno has since deleted his Tweet.
