Officials say a Manx fishing vessel has sunk.
The Castletown-registered Sara Lena was outside Ardglass last night when the incident happened.
Coastguards say the boat ran around on rocks just after midnight.
Portaferry lifeboat and a coastguard helicopter took part in a rescue operation, and all crew were safely rescued.
A Facebook user in Ireland posted video of the stricken vessel.
