From Midday today, any resident wanting to travel back to the Island from next week can apply for a Manx Entry Permit.
They will be available on the Online Services section on the Government website, ahead of the change to the Islands' border policy next Monday (July 20).
We will move to stage four of our border strategy, meaning Manx locals can travel freely to the UK and further afield, but must quarantine for two weeks once they return.
Whilst residents can travel freely away, a Manx Entry Permit will be needed to get home - this can be granted by demonstrating residency via the online application process.
Officials have stated you will only need to apply once for a permit and, once it's in place, residents wishing to return must complete an online Landing Form within 48-hours prior to travelling back.
The Landing Form will request arrival details including the address at which you will be isolating on your return, as well as your contact number, and a health declaration.
Random and unscheduled checks will be made on those returning to the Island to ensure they are adhering to self-isolation rules and helping to protect the wider Island community.
