Facebook says dodgy adverts offering Manx driving licences without having to take a driving test don't need removing.
Yesterday, 3FM reported the site had stolen a photo of Rachel Forrest's licence image to advertise its services.
The page claims to use Isle of Man Post Office to legitimately offer driving and PPV licences without people needing to sit tests.
A number of Island Facebook users had reported it as a scam, but the social media giant says the advert doesn't breach its advertising standards and won't be taken down.
