Manx doctors are going to vote on whether to strike or not.
The British Medical Association will announce the dates of the ballot in the next few weeks.
Around 155 doctors will be able to vote in the ballot, including residents, consultants, and salaried GPs, making up nearly all the doctors on the Island.
If there is a majority vote, then doctors will be able to take industrial action.
