The 2023-24 Mandate sets three main objectives for Island health services; value and sustainability, safe and consistent care and prevention and integration.
This includes work to reduce waiting lists, fill workforce vacancies and improve data sharing and security processes.
Specific targets have also been set for Manx Care - including the likes of ensuring 95% of patients are seen and either discharged or transferred within four hours of attending the emergency department.
You can read the full mandate here.
