Manx Care has confirmed it will still maintain Covid precautions after April 1.
Face masks and social distancing will still be implemented across its health and social care settings, as well as the requirement to take a lateral flow test and only visit with a negative result.
The health body says it will also continue to ask members of the public whether they can attend face to face appointments alone.
Anyone who is Covid-19 positive should not enter any Manx Care facilities for any reason, to protect the vulnerable and staffing levels.
