Health and Social Care Minister Claire Christian says 15 members of Manx Care staff have been suspended in the last four years, at a cost of around £110,000.
She faced a question for written reply from Onchan MHK Julie Edge about suspensions.
In her response, the minister said two staff were still suspended, while the 13 others had all been suspended for less than nine months.
And she added one resulted in £44,000 in compensation being paid to a staff member.
