Manx Care staff suffer abuse over the phone

Manx Care staff have recently been subject to abusive behaviour over the phone by patients.

The health body says it knows it can be a difficult time of year, but being rude and intimidating to members of staff is unacceptable. 

It adds that it is just a minority behaving in this way, and thanks those who are kind and respectful.
