Health minister Claire Christian says Manx Care has spent more than £330,000 on recruitment agencies in the past four years.
She faced a question for written response from Onchan MHK Julie Edge about agencies used to recruit staff since the organisation was created in 2021.
In her answer, she revealed 11 agencies were paid a total of £332,764 by Manx Care.
And she added the companies helped recruit or select 59 medical staff, nurses and executive directors.
