Manx Care says someone on the Island has spent almost six years on a dental waiting list.
A Freedom of Information request asked for the longest time anyone has been on the list.
In its response, Manx Care said as of June 30, one adult had been waiting for 2,099 days - or five and three-quarter years - while one child had spent 1,255 days or almost three and a half years waiting.
It says the average waiting time for adults is 550 days, while for children it's 525 days.
