Data from Manx Care shows there has been an increase in activity across all urgent and emergency care services.
The Minor Injuries and Illnesses Unit has seen a 38% rise in average daily attendances through November and December 2022 compared to the same period the two previous years.
Some days over the two months showed equal attendance at the Ramsey site and A&E at Noble's.
The health body says this shows the public are using the service that's most appropriate to their clinical needs, and reducing pressure on the Emergency Department.
