Manx Care's annual report will be debated during this month's Tynwald sitting.
The organisation has listed its objectives for the last year and whether it's achieved them - out of 43 targets, it says it has completed 21.
It also fully achieved two out of 16 objectives left over from the previous year.
Chief Minister Alf Cannan, who took over at the Department of Health and Social Care following the resignation of Lawrie Hooper, says he's looking forward to the debate.
