Manx Care received an overall satisfaction score of 91% for the third quarter of 2023.
Over 4,400 people completed its Friends and Family Test Survey.
It gathered feedback from over six areas, including Surgery, Medicine, Urgent Care and Ambulance Service.
Manx Care introduced the survey in August 2022, and says it's proof that it's increasingly improving services in all areas.
