That's the message from Manx Care as its released figures for 'Did Not Attends' for the last two months.
Numbers show a total of 1,151 missed appointments last month, a slight drop from 1,218 in December 2022.
Ramsey Group Practice recorded the most at 272, followed by Finch Hill at 131.
If you can't attend your GP appointment, you're asked to cancel it so it can be offered to someone else - information on how to cancel can be found here.
