Manx Care says it's making progress in reducing waiting lists across a number of specialisms.
By the end of February, its Endoscopy waiting list will have been cleared due to procedures being delivered at weekends.
The health organisation is also in talks with healthcare providers who will treat some patients on its behalf, meaning it can see more patients and reduce waiting lists faster.
Virtual outpatient appointments will be given to some patients across a number of specialities through Medefer - those eligible will be contacted by Manx Care.
More information about plans regarding cataract assessments, psychological therapy and orthopaedic operations will be shared soon.
