Members of the Royal College of Nursing will be surveyed again following a new pay offer from Manx Care.
The health body has offered a consolidated increase of £1,500 to each pay point from April 1 2022, in addition to the 6% increase already implemented.
The ongoing dispute has already led to two days of strike action by nurses on the Island.
Another two strike days were paused as members considered another offer, which has now been withdrawn as an agreement could not be reached.
Regional Director for the RCN in the North West Estephanie Dunn, says there is no doubt that their strike action prompted Manx Care to open up talks, but other unions joining the fight has also piled on the pressure.
