Manx Care says its computers may be back to normal, but some services may still be affected by last week's global IT outage.
The organisation says its IT systems have all now been restored following problems on Friday.
But it says there may be some delays because of an appointments backlog and pharmacies catching up on repeat prescriptions.
Manx Care says if you can't access its Patient Access system, you should wait a day or two before trying again.
