Manx Care expects to spend over £300,000 on extra resources for the TT period.
That's according to a Freedom of Information response, which breaks down expected costs of additional resources and employment throughout the fortnight.
Over £117,000 has been spent on an uplift in Emergency Department and Ambulance staff, with almost £60,000 estimated to be used on air ambulance transfers.
Money will also go towards extra radiology and pathology staff, and additional blood products.
