Manx Care says masks no longer need to be worn in its facilities.
It had insisted people start wearing masks again after a rise in the number of Covid cases, but says its ending the requirement with immediate effect.
It's asking people to continue to wear them if they're in contact with someone who has Covid.
And it adds people are welcome to wear the face coverings voluntarily if they want.
