Manx Care has reintroduced social distancing and mask-wearing.
It comes as the number of Covid cases rise on the Isle of Man.
The number of active cases (at the time of writing) is 944.
The rules have been tightened at Noble’s Hospital, Manannan Court and Ramsey District and Cottage Hospital.
A spokesman said: "Facemasks MUST be worn throughout these locations from entry into the building until exiting the building.
"Social distancing must be observed in all clinical and non-clinical areas".
