Manx Care chief executive Teresa Cope is to step down this summer.
She says it's the right time to pass the baton to somebody else and she'll be moving on to new pastures.
Ms Cope moved to the Island in 2020 and oversaw the organisation being set up in 2021.
Manx Care board chair Professor Wendy Reid has thanked her for her hard work, dedication and commitment.
