Manx Care has cancelled a number of Cardiology clinics due to capacity issues.
The health body says it understands this will cause concern for patients and their families, and is doing what it can to reinstate the clinics as soon as possible.
It comes as all available resources are being used to deliver appointments, as Manx Care is in the process of recruiting another Cardiology Consultant.
Those affected will be contacted in due course to rearrange their clinic appointment.
